I know that GTA V is expected to release late 2011 or early 2012, which is quite a while a way to be thinking about this, but I would like to know what cheats you would like to see in GTA V, as the cheats are, for me, what makes GTA special.

The cheats in San Andreas were probably the best in the series, with flying cars and tanks. The cheats that were in GTA IV weren't as spectacular. They mainly consisted of giving you stuff that would otherwise cost a substantial amount of in-game money and a select few of powerful cars, bikes and boats.

The Ballad of Gay Tony DLC came with better cheats. Like the rocket punch and explosive sniper rifle shells. But none surpassed those in San Andreas.

Personally, I would like a cheat that would stop police taking notice of your crimes, so you can blow up peds in peace without a fat cop taking potshots at you with his pistol.

You do know that it will probably be called GTA (Insert City Name) instead of GTA V? This is the fourth generation of GTA, not the fifth.

I really don't care for cheats, never really used them. Kinda killed all the immersion and I really enjoy my immersion. But if I could make one cheat, it would be a skateboarding cheat. I want me some skateboard!

Those were pretty cool cheats yes, but I liked that the vehicle stats in the GTA III-era games were just a plain text file, so you could edit them to do whatever you want :)

Also I'm still hoping that this new GTA game that's coming isn't GTA V yet. I'd rather have another game set elsewhere like Vice City or San Andreas, or somewhere new, before a new Liberty City based GTA V.

No.
Friction.
that is the only one I'd actually want, simply because the power to change physics at will would be godly.

GTA 5 can piss off and die for at least three more games. The forth series has so far only had one game, two pieces of DLC for that one game and the caffeine free child's version of that same game for the DS. Can we have Vice City Two first? Or better yet, a new original city like Boston? Or Washington? Although that would serve for massive controversy when one parent-of-gamer/person-who-doesn't-know-what-the-bloody-hell-they're-talking-about discovers that you can (maybe, if your into that sort of thing...) commit acts of mass terror on The White House or whatever. Or, finally, they can release this back catalogue of games (that I don't care about due to not playing Max Payne 1 or 2 and not having the required PS3 to play AGENT) some time in the near future so they can hurry the hell up and even consider making if not releasing another GTA. Even then I'd still prefer another Red Dead Redemption DLC...

All bullets become ponies!

God mode, Peds riot and peds have guns.

I can have war or zombies depending on how well I can roleplay.
