What are some "nightmares" from your childhood that you look back upon and notice just how non-frightening or weird they were? If you can't remember any, then what were some of the scariest nightmares from your childhood?
I have a relatively weird "nightmare."
It consisted of me walking into my computer room with all the lights turned off. I walked into the room to turn off the computer before I went to bed. As I walked towards the computer, I noticed a strange yellow robot that looked something like this:
and it was holding a "scary" weapon
It innocently started walking towards me, and I ran out of the room and closed the doors. Then I woke up.
I have no clue why it was so scary to me. I can see the little robot being scary... hiding in the shadows, but the lego soccer (football if you're not American) field just makes it seem so non-threatening. So, what were some of your silly dreams that scared you as a kid, but upon reflection now were not scary at all?
