so tomorrow I believe I'm going to get a job at chili's, and I was wondering what kind of money a server makes? (plus tips) and any other help or tips would be great to know his is my first job as a waiter.

It depends. Some friends of mine could get 300 a night at a similar style restaurant to Chili's here. My roommate worked there and didn't do as well. If you're new, you probably won't be given the better sections. It's something you'll just have to deal with. Good luck with the new job, though. Food and bev can be weird.
