"Oh no, a free video game!" - No one, Ever

Nice one chummer, thanks for the heads up! Please keep doing what you're doing because it's what those of us in the know like to call "a good thing!" :)

Cool, downloaded it. I still don't get why Steam can't remember my password.
You didn't tick the box that said "Remember Password"? :p

Are you in your actual Steam program or just on their website? I never save passwords on sites with payment info or even any card info on Steam itself, but I do have my password saved there.

Anyways, cool and thanks Chimpzy. I?m guessing you can get the DLC and soundtrack separately if you already have the game?

Now I kinda wish I hadn't already bought them all a long time ago.

Oh well, I highly recommend downloading.

I ... don't know. 'Buying' the game gets you a free singular Steam key, but I have no way of testing if 'upgrades' the base game, since I already owned Deluxe and Keys for it plain don't work at all (because I obviously already have all the stuff it unlocks).

Heads up lads, anyone knows this works on Steam?

Actually, I don't remember who, but in one of my previous threads someone said they never accept free games because they don't want to feel like they owe anyone. Whatever though, that choice is theirs to make.

Also, you're welcome and thanks for the kind words.

Return is by far the least interesting one of the trilogy, dragonfall is much better and hong kong has the more developed content.

Return feel more like an extended tech demo for the system they built.

Whut? Whose personal information have I given away?

EDIT: nevermind, just realized you meant having to give personal information to get the freebie. Silly me.

Yeah, the box is ticked with an empty password field right above it.

Both, this time as I needed to make a Humble login and link to my Steam account. Something got messed up months back when I synced my computer and phone Firefoxs so needing to input that on the website wasn't surprising.

I don't use Steam very often so maybe that's why, but it pretty annoying. I have to have my Steam password saved in a text file with stuff like my bank password so I can actually use Steam.

Returns is pretty basic and kinda rough, but Dragonfall Director's Cut is fantastic, and Hong Kong is also excellent. The amount the series improved after the first game is significant.

So I got the Humble deal (which seems to require signing up for the newsletter, but not a big deal) and linked it to my Steam account, but I had to uninstall/reinstall to get the Deluxe DLC to install. It showed it was available but not even closing/reopening Steam would trigger an update.

Anyways, it says the update is installed, but I don't see the extra content in the game. Not sure where it would be, and I doubt I'd have to enter a key again in-game to add the extra content seeing as it says it's already installed. Shouldn't it be under the Content menu?
