Sorry if this thread has already been created.. I couldn't find it anywhere!

Has anyone seen the FAQs regarding Elite that Activision recently released?

Didn't read too much of it, but I'm pretty certain most of the things it lets you do are already on Black ops.

Did you guys read the FAQ? It appears they haven't even announced the premium components of Elite.

This is a gigantic scam and I feel sorry for everyone who falls for it. These are features that were already available for free in the past and the rest aren't very useful.

Playing with friends from Facebook? There's a friends list for a reason.

Being charged for stat tracking, something that's FREE IN EVERY FUCKING FPS GAME OUT THERE? Kiss my ass and choose which hair tickles your nose.

Fuck man, when they start charging you TO MAKE A FUCKING CLAN, something's wrong.

I really hope this entire thing fails and people see through this bullshit.

All those services are free.
Seriously all the features that have been mentioned so far are part of the game/free service.
The only elite service/benefit that is official is that if you are a member of the elite service you don't need to purchase any of the DLC.
