COD4 MW2 Music

Hey, I was wondering if anyone could help me. Im not sure how its covered in the legality issue but seeing as Valve and TF2 and co dont seem to mind sharing the music - I was wondering if anyone can help me extracting a few tunes out of Modern Warfare 2 ?

I myself have the xbox version so extracting anything out of that for me is beyond my capabilities - but what I was hoping someone might help me with is getting a couple of pieces of background music out of one of the maps... specifically the Terminal Multiplayer level. There are two pieces of "elevator" style music of classical Russian-themed music and I would love to know if the files could be extracted for nothing more than personal use.

I myself don't see a legality issue with this so I apologise to the Escapist Mods if it somehow contravenes procedure. I only seek the music for my own entertainment.

If anyone is able to help I would be greatly appreciative.

Why are people still calling it COD4 MW2? Good question. Perhaps the idea of a sequal to a fourth in a series is silly. I mean - GTA IV by that theory should be "GTA III Part III: Liberty City II"

Anyhoo .. does anyone have some excellent elevator music for me?

I'm sure a few simple google searches can aid you in your search, I'm afraid I own MW2 on the 360 and not on steam.

You know what other music is good from that game? the snowmobile mission, either campaign or spec ops. When you finally hit that hill, the music swells, it's awesome

KOTAKU reported that the soundtrack is currently being gathered together to be sold to the public. Just MW2 no word on MW1 so keep your eyes peeled on Itunes and other download sources for it!

That was pretty much my thought.

The only thing I really remember about my single playthrough of MW2 was gunfire, military jargon, and the worst plot ever with yet another "Why won't he just fucking DIE!?" villian.
