As the thread title says, what comic book villians would you like to see in film that haven't been used yet? I'm counting villians that haven't been done well in film as well, like Mr.Freeze. Personally, I'd like to see Braniac in a Superman film, rather than the endless use of Lex Luthor over and over again.
I know this won't happen because the film would NEED an R rating give, well, Carnage being completely insane.
I mean, for his/their first act as one they/he would need to basically get inside a school bus and murder all the kids inside...then toss the corpse of a cute kitty/doggy at Spider-man.
With Guardians of the Galaxy and Thanos entering the Marvel Cinematic Universe, we need an adaptation of the Annihilation story arc sooner or later.
Since they've already done the Hellfire Club and Sebastian Shaw, Mr. Sinister is a nice next step for the X Men movies.
He'd likely be a side-villain or a glorified thug, and without the establishment of the character, an adaptation of Kraven's Last Hunt wouldn't work, but he'd be fun to watch.
Because why the fuck not? Plus, with AIM appearing in Iron Man 3 and some earlier rumors, maybe the big day will come for the big head.
and to balance out my Marvel-heavy list...
First, there would need to be a Flash movie. Second, they'd likely go one at a time, and most would get killed off. But I'd personally like to see at least 3 or 4 get together. Maybe get a bit of character interaction together for fun before the end of a movie.
I was going to say Carnage as well....but Jim Carrey? What, you want him to ruin the image of one of the best Spiderman villains the same way he ruined the image of The Riddler? xP
The Scorpion would be cool, he's always been one of my favorite comic book villains. But seeing as how Spider-Man has an overall pretty rich rogue gallery, he's probably pretty low on the list.
I'd love to see an X-men move centered around Mr. Sinister too. It would open up for a potentially really interesting story.
Also, if re-dos of already made ones count, the Penguin.
