Most everyone seems to have that one thing they can't do for shit but almost everyone they know can do with ease. For instance, my oldest and best friend has never been able to whistle, yet I've been able to whistle since I was 7 and most people I know can whistle to at least some decent degree.

Personally, I have never, EVER, been able to roll my "r's" like stereotypical hispanic folks do when they shout "Ariba!" Never could. Almost everyone I've ever met can do it, and equally annoying is that almost everyone I've ever met has tried to GET me to do it when they heard I couldn't. Now I don't even try. It just makes me feel foolish, and if it hasn't worked 4000 times yet, I doubt it will work on the 4001st.

For some unknown reason my fingers lack the dexterity to tie knots well.

I can only tie my shoes in the "bunny ears" fashion (which is the shit they teach to 3 year olds), and it can take me up to 20 minutes to tie a necktie.

It's a MASSIVE pain in the ass.

I can't do it mainly because I think it's an utterly revolting act. During my high school years I was expected to do it though, being a guy, but each time I tried I got sick to my stomach.

I can spit, sure. But the actual act of gathering flem in my mouth... Fuck no!

And I thought I was the only one! This actually is really a relief for me.

Additionally, I'm completely devoid of any sense of rythm up to the point that I once burst crying out of my music class after my teacher accused me of not even trying. And you think you got problems!

I can't swallow pills. Makes it impossible to take medication if it doesn't have a liquid form.

That's a major one. Minor ones are: can't whistle, can't dance (no, literally, I can't. Whenever I try I just stand there, looking confused), and I can't read music notes, or get my fingers to move in a way to actually play music. I remember in music class in, like, 4th or 5th grade we got those recorder instruments. There were about 7 or 8 "levels" of skill. It took me all year to get to the first one, while everyone else was on their sixth, seventh, or eighth. Really didn't do much for my confidence and self-esteem...

The actual snapping sound doesn't come form the top of the fingers, but when your finger smacks your palm.

Oh yeah. I did that too when I was learning. To this day it baffles me.

OT: Small talk. I like talking to people, I can converse for hours on end if the subject is even remotely interesting. But making small talk is just impossible for me.
