So, I have a processor in my computer (go me). It normally operates at frequency of 201 and a multiplier of 14.5, I overclocked it to a frequency of 240 and upped the voltage a bit. Now, I tried to restore the original CPU frequency of 201 (with use the ASRock OC tuner tool) and it crashed, the CPU just froze and my entire PC with it. So.. how did this happen? It used to work fine at factory default and now it just.. freezes? Can anyone tell me how this happened? I don't have to know how to fix it, just, how is this possible?
