So I'm looking to buy a new TV, and one of the things I'm getting hung up on is the whole TruMotion thing. I've played my 360 on my uncle's TV before and it was pretty lousy, due to the motion blur technology making things lag. Is this just something you have to get used to? Do any of you have a TV that lets you toggle TruMotion on and off?

I'm guessing that TruMotion is a branded name for motion smoothing. Being able to turn it on and off at will depends on the TV. However, the vast majority of TVs have a game setting which should turn it off and pretty much set the TV up for optimal performance with a console. The main thing to look for is a TV with at least a 120hz refresh. That's becoming the default but there are plenty of cheap ones on the market that are still 60.
