Lately we have discussed about reviews, being used to push agendas or getting their scores payed, but something that always happens is that consumers disagree with the reviewers critics, this is something that can't be changed, people have their own views and opinions which we may disagree.
So I was watching Previously Recorded Alien Isolation* review, and its being pretty controversial inside the RLM comments, which stroke me a lot, as many of their point seem fair, the conclusions of those points may be of disagreement, but at the end the problems they point with the game do seem like something that people would bother about.
So my question is, where do you think the opinion of the reviewer must be? Should the reviewer never have an extreme view of the game? Should the reviewer talk about facts but without conclusions? And where "feelings" and "story telling" enter in a review?
Pd: Also I just saw Yahtzee video and see lot of similarities.

If someone want to watch the review.
Captcha: million dollars. Yes, I would like them.
