Elder scrolls 4 with assassin's creed's parkour system. That way I could use the tops of once unscalable structures as sniping points, and would have the option of running from the guards instead of electrocuting them all (and risk losing a character needed for a quest).

oh well just take the best elements of the 2 so good sold shooter good physics generally cuts to the case, with good storyline exploration cool dialog system good voice acting interesting visuals oh through some freelancer in there so you can fly the spaceship too so half life plus mass effect with now added freelancer

Mass Effect and Star Control 2. It's not much of a stretch, since Mass Effect pretty much is Star Control 2 plus 15 years and a first-person perspective, but if you give it some of the humour and engaging characters of Star Control you'd be onto a winner. It would be the Saint's Row to Mass Effect's GTAIV.

Full Spectrum Warrior + SOCOM....oh wait thats already been done!! They just need to do that for the consoles. Halo + Gears would be a really fun mix, Halo would just be so much more fun in a gears of war style view and gameplay.
