Tittle explains it all.

Mine's an idea for a survival horror game.

The Setting:
A supposedly abandoned house, that your character, due to plot development and such, has to investigate. Upon arrival you find the power doesn't work in the house, so the lights cannot be turned on, your only source of light, a Bic lighter. Now inside the house you will hear shuffling and screams coming from various points inside, causing you think you are not alone. Now here is where my idea comes into play, say if your character moves to fast, the lighter extinguishes itself, plunging you into terror soaked darkness for the few seconds it takes for you to react and re-light the lighter.

So fellow escapists, share your ideas.

Actually Pretty cool Idea. You can't run because otherwise shit really hits the fan.

I had a dream(Cast)! A dream where you play a shooter in which you have to sneak aboots and project your mind into others to do the dirty work. So you have to chose the spot where you hide and who to control and bla bla bla.

Gimme a break I just came up with it on the spot!

You are a not so skinny girl (Why the hell need do they all need to be extremly skinny?) rescuing your fat boyfriend from the evil dark dragoooon *guitar solo* claws of his ex girlfriend in an futuristic setting (Not Space!) where the ex girlfriend rules a whole country and sends several bounty hunters on you. You will really need all help you can get and every munition you find in the undergrounds of the city.

I are genius!

That reminds me a tad of Silent Hill, granted I've never played that series...

My ideas usually revolve around some mutation or change to the left arm that turns into a gameplay mechanic, from the ability to shoot people in the neck with a kind of sniping gun and turn them into your own zombie minions to an arm that can completely shapeshift, sometimes can stretch out to help you reach new ledges, great for a platformer. There's always a sword in the right hand though.

Mine was an RTS/FPS/flight simulator game i always imagined.

Basically it was an RTS where you could take controll of a member of a unit and fight in an encounter. Or take over a fighter and gun down some planes or troops.

Always imagined it would be enjoyable.

I have one neat little idea for a 2D platformer on the Wii. I got it while playing Jak II because when you're in the prison, one time there are guards one floor above you, and they shoot at you through this grated floor, and the next time you go, it's the same thing, only they're below you.

Anyways, I thought it would be really cool if they combined both and made you control two characters, avoiding bullets from above and below, at the same time. This morphed into an idea for a level on a Wii game where you would see the three floors in their entirety from the side, and your character would be on the bottom (moving him with the analog stick), while on the top you would be using some sort of tractor beam to move a bomb around (controlling it by pointing the Wiimote). You're trying to escort the bomb out of the base, so you could have it for your own use.

Anyways, that's all I've got so far. It's only one level, but I think it'd be a pretty cool idea.

One thing I've always wanted to see is similar in concept to Heavy Rain...

Imagine an FPS game with a similar real-time flow to it as Half-Life 2. However, you don't have any guns or weapons, and it's all about drama instead of action. It would be only about two hours long for each playthrough, but there would be all sorts of different possible ways to go through it depending on your choices and responses, as well as where you decide to go.

For interaction, it could interpret looking up and down twice in quick succession and nodding your head "Yes", and looking left and right twice quickly as "No". Interactions with people and objects would be made as simple and intuitive as possible. Objects in your hand would be used like firing a an FPS weapon.

... Are you kidding me? Does Battalion Wars mean nothing to you? Or did you ignore anything that didn't have blood splattering everywhere and more brown and dark, puke green than a football field after the practice after a big loss?

A FPS/Platformer/RPG/Beat-Em-Up where you're a Walrus with a gun that shoots other walruses fighting off an invasion of alien, rapist parakeets using psychic powers, your walrus gun and your transforming flippers.

Alright. Get a 'cube and check it out. It got good reviews, though how you imagine it could be the second coming of christ, which it probably isn't.

Actually it is... which is why i figured it might happen just along ways down the line when technology would allow for something truely epic ^^. I got a cube so i'll just have to read up on it, never a bad thing trying a good game out.

we could do it today but the graphics would be a nice 16 bit. : )

It oouldn't possibly be difficult. Just alot of balancing issues.

A sidescrolling stealth game based on color. Your characters purple, so the closer the background is to his shade of purple the more hidden you are. Additionally, other colors offer special benefits. Green=healing, the degree of which is decided by the area of the green surface behind you.

I'm woring on artwork right now.

Side missions that tie in to the main mission (IE getting a new engine for a transport vehicle in a side mission so you don't have to escort it for as long in the main mission)

I also had an idea for a game, here are the basics:

-Several players per team (or several players on one team and AI on another for Co-op)

-Several players are elite Soldiers and one is the General

-For the Soldiers the game plays like an FPS

-For the General the game is like an RTS,you gradually gain RP (Resource Points) which you then spend on units which you then place in a "entry point" and then command in battle, capturing certain places or completing objectives may unlock additional entry points, increase RP gain rate, give one-shot RP bonuses or give various other bonuses (such as reduced vehicle cost)

-The General can give the Soldiers objectives (so selecting a player and ordering him to attack a tank would change that players objective to "Destroy Tank")

-The General can "de-crew" vehicles so Soldiers can drive/pilot them

I'm not telling you! You'll steal it! :p

I had one idea. It's a tower defense game essentially, more than a little inspired by such stuff as Nazi Zombies.

You're trapped in this old, dark mansion. There's a werewolf outside. He'll run around trying to get in through the doors and windows, and you'll have to listen to the sound of his footsteps to work out where he's trying to break in so you can fight him off before he gets inside.

You start off with no weapons, meaning you have to search the mansion for whatever you can find. Basic, low power weapons (baseball bat, knives) would be easy to find, but better weapons would be better hidden, meaning you have to choose between spending your time guarding doors and windows by building up barricades or trying to hunt down the only thing that can kill the werewolf; a silver revolver that shoots silver bullets (hidden somewhere in the mansion).

If you beat the werewolf, you start again, facing two werewolves. It could be played with 1-4 players, and players could choose to play as either human or werewolf.

I heard an idea for a stealth action game about underground railroad.

I had an idea for a game where you manipulate the 4 elements to solve puzzles and stuff.
Like lighting a fire with fire to start a light based puzzle or turning gears with wind or something. But you could combined them to do other stuff like combining wind and fire to use lightning to start a machine, or combining fire and water to create steam to find hidden passage ways.

I've always thought it would be cool if instead of dialog trees for rpgs you could use a mic and say exactly what you want to say.
