So with Netflix over the years we seen action cartoons like Voltron Force, well written animated dramedies like Bojack Horseman and Marvel's Netflix shows. So the question is could you see Netflix making animated adaption of Image's works like Invincible,Chew,Saga, Deadly Class etc or do you think its basically a pipe dream.

Well, considering how Netflix doesnt want to be about movies anymore, sure, why not?

I would love it if they made a faithful adaptation of Saga, since that comic is absolutely amazing, but there's unfotunately absolutely nothing that they are going to do it either.

To be fair to Netflix most big budget movies don't want to be movies anymore either, they are more like TV shows that get episodes released with way less frequency.

Im not a movie person. If I dont see it in theaters, I usually dont see it. But occasionally I get an urge to watch a certain movie and Netflix NEVER has it and its really infuriating. And they dont even have complete sets of obvious stuff. Like, why dont they have ALL the Disney Marvel movies? Why do they have all the Star Trek shows but only Star Trek Nemesis for films?

Distribution rights. They're a mess.

They're why we're not going to get a solo Hulk movie for the foreseeable future. Or an OT Star Wars release that isn't the special edition.

Netflix is like having the largest DVD collection with all your favourite films stolen while you weren't looking.

Yeah I could go for that, Image gets a lot of hate these days for their part in 90's comic crash but I genuinely liked GEN 13 (granted I was an 11-year-old at the time).

Image rarely gets hate any kind of hate anymore in fact most people would rank them higher than any comic publisher

I own more different volumes of Image comics than any other publisher. I have a slightly greater quantity of Boom! Box comics, but they're entirely Lumberjanes. Image are currently very much at the head of the indie pack, especially since a lot of their competitors rely heavily on adapted work.
