I always hear people talk about how something is so cute and adorable, so i was curious as to what people on the escapist think about what defines something as cute and if you could posting a picture would be all the better. Thanks for replying.

Mines a kitten because there so small and fluffy and usually the ones i have will just climb on your shoulder and just sleep there.

Something you just want to love and hug is what defines cute for me...

For example, I think diminutive tsundere girls are cute and adorable...

The cat in that picture scares me, a lot. But I agree with what you said. Anything that immediately invokes that basest of instincts to cause the reaction "I will pet him and squeeze him and hug him and hold him and love him and call him George." That qualifies as cute :)
