I am a little lost at the moment. This is regarding Weapon Finesse. On one hand, I read that there is no Weapon Finesse and the closest thing to it is Melee Training. On the other hand, I read that Weapon Finesse did exist but as a Rogue Class Feature as opposed to a feat (as in 3.5). I am just looking for clarification on this because it would help me A LOT (seriously, I have a +4 Str mod but my Dex mod is +10). I looked through PHB 1 and Martial Powers 1 & 2, if it does exist, which book is it in?

If I remember correctly there's a rogue class feat that lets you change to Dex but only on Daggers and Short swords.

Most rogue power use a dex modifiers. As far as standard attack roles, Nimble blade would boost you if you use a light blade. Oh I just read on page 216 of the players handbook, Strength is always used for melee weapons. Talk to your DM though if you feel you are underpowered.
