As a massive, MASSIVE His Dark Materials fan I have thought about this a few times and a spidermonkey is all I can think of that matches my personality; they're mischieveous, I have ADHD, it kinda fits, and my ADHD probably makes up like 80% of my personality so yeah let's go with spidermonkey

A cat, definitely. Already have a cat and he fits my life style perfectly. I'm silent and prefer to be alone most of the time, and the Night is where I thrive. Also, fluffy soft kitties ftw.

Edit: A name? She'd be named Cat, because that is the name that I call my current cat by and it simply fits. It's not impersonal or unimaginative, it's simply the name I prefer to give to a cat.
