Dark Souls 2 Concept Art!

Well, I tried looking in the forums and I'm kinda surprised this hasn't been discussed yet!
It seems like Edge have got some awesome concept art from the developers!

I have to say, I really enjoy looking at the creature designs of the enemies. It always makes me a little bit surprised by how scary and grim they always look.

As an example,I especially like this little mind fuck of a creature.

That guy on the bottom in the chariot looks A LOT like Kirk, the Knight of Thorns, this is good.
Top looks like Haveral.
Its cool how they are able to take the visuals from the first game and make them into something else. Its just things seem a lot more grim-dark than the last game. Im guessing the DarkLord ending may have become cannon. If thats the case then the new art direction is great and totally reflects the consequences of that ending.

Anybody got a release date yet?

The enemy designs in the Souls games are always awesome and disturbing. Looks like this will continue the trend. I wonder if we will get another toothed vagina dragon? That one was cool.
