As for the what the super/ultimates wishes are...
I want a new Ultimate Attack - You get Blitz Hell(strike) the first time and Minus Energy Ball(ki) the second time.
I want a new Super Attack -
First time gives - Flash Bomber(ki), Drain Field(other), and Thunder Eraser(ki).
Second time gives - Castrol Dragon Light bullets, Godspeed Light Bullets, Whirlwind Spin, and Sleepy Boy.
I've only used the Super wish once, so those are the only ones I have any experience with. Drain field is pretty situational, and thunder eraser is just Evil Ray Strike but as a punch. Flash Bomber is pretty cool though. It's a short range ki blast barrage that can be fired for up to 3 ki bars I think. Not a bad skill if you can use the Super Vegeta skills.
