Vent vent vent. F*** this game. I'm playing on the PS3 - or I would be if the damn thing would save my progress!!! Three days now, and still no "day 1" patch. I understand players across all platforms are having issues like this.
I can live with bugs that aren't game breaking, as long as it's still fun, but this is ridiculous. What's the point in playing at all if the game refuses to save anything?
They've really dropped the ball on this one. Got a response from Deep Silver on the ticket I placed for the problem (knowing they wouldn't deal with me specifically but hoping a lot of folks are complaining loudly for patch!) - they said they're working "day and night to fix this. Hopefully the first patch which will be released very soon already resolves these problems".
So..."hopefully". They can't/won't even say if this is an issue that will be resolved in the first patch. That's assuming a live person even read the ticket and typed a response. And assuming that the morons who play-tested this and didn't notice the problem originally aren't the same ones testing the patch.
Two sessions now and each time the auto-save fails and I have lost hours and hours of progress. And there's no manual save option - in 2011, on the PS3 (or any platform for that matter)???
If much more time passes I'll be "over" this game and will just trade it in.
Maybe for Rage or Skyrim. Bethesda never releases buggy games, right? Right? F***
