Have you ever played a game that you liked/enjoyed up until a certain point. And I don't mean you got bored with it or it wasn't that fun to begin with. I mean a game that could have been your favorite until something new happened that mad you mad or upset (such as a plot twist or new game mechanism). What game was it and why?
For me that game was .hack// GU: Vol. 1 Rebirth (long title, I know) because at a certain point in the game they had a "made to lose" fight. Now that wouldn't normally bother me, but they have to at least make it seem like a tough battle. I had leveled up to the point where I was 15 to 20 levels above what I should have typically been. So what did that mean? I one hit KOed the boss. Then the following cut scene showed me collapsed and exhausted from the fight while my opponent was in perfect condition. For some reason this made me really angry and completely destroyed the mood for me.
