Desert Island Games

I often get asked by non gamers; 'You play games, what are your favourite games?' or like yesterday 'What are your top 10 favourite games?' I hate answering that question so I have taken to having a list written on my phone so I can just hand it over. The difficulty I had was picking them! So this is how I worked it out.

You are stuck on an desert island for the foreseeable future, the island has a working tv, every games console ever made and a pc that can run anything and the island also has a internet connection.

What 10 games would you take?

Please think about it carefully, these are games you are going to play day in day out, there is nothing else to do on the island, what games do your truly love?

For me it's:

Roller Coaster Tycoon 2
Ridge Racer Type 4
Wipeout HD
Unreal Tournament 2004
Quake 3
Steel Battalion
Tetris
Pac Man
Team Fortress 2
Jet Set Radio Future

There are a few that I struggled with but honestly, these are/were my go to games when I can't decide what to play.

This should probably be in the forums games section, but I would bring Command & Conquer: Generals, Just Cause 2, and Skyrim/Oblivion.

Pokemon white and platinum
Fallout new Vegas
CoD black ops (for zombies only)
Saints row 3
Gta 4
Left 4 dead 2

No one is going to want to take earlier, older games, it's going to be recent releases

Edit: usually it will be, this is only because they often come with more replay value
