Diablo 3 Release date? *no troll*

Upon research I have read on many websites that they are planning on Jan 17 2012. Does anyone know this to be true?

Nobody that knows for sure is going to post whether it's true or not. From what it looks like though, January 17th seems to be the release date, although they probably would've announced it by now.

Well Blizzard was planning on releasing it to the Holidays but they have delayed it to Q1 2012 wich possibly could be january 17. But since its Blizzard you never now since they never release a game until they think its ready, wich is a good thing since the games are AWESOME

Im not that interested in Diablo III but Im still waiting eagerly for SC2: HotS!

The first Diablo was released in January 1997, but their nothing official about the fact that Blizzard will release Diablo 3 for the anniversary.

This. Diablo III looks interesting sure, but Heart of the Swarm looks to be a masterpiece. I'll probably be getting both but it's no secret that I'm more psyched for one over the other.
