It's a joke. They took all the servers offline. No one can play until they fix their shit.

All servers offline = offline mode

Because I saw this thread, laughed, logged on to D3 and then used the alt-tab function for yet another laugh.
(And right now I'm here because the last laugh was on me and my internet connection crapped out for a short while. Jinxed myself, it seems. xD)

It doesn't exist. The servers went down pretty much immediately. No online capability, ergo offline mode (albeit one of limited use and functionality).
