So I while ago I heard the idea that the Metal Gear universe is in the same universe as zone of the ender. Off the top of my head I think it was in one of the Super Best Friends Watch Metal Gear Solid 4 videos, not sure but I'm pretty sure it was from one of their videos.
Anyway, what franchises do you want to have in the same universe?

Apart from my belief that all the games with Shin Megami Tensei in front of their names is in the same universe. I want to believe that Naruto and Fairy Tail are both on the same planet and are just on the opposite sides of the world and the magic is really just chakra and they learnt to use it in a different way.

Go have fun with that concept

Dead or Alive and Ninja Gaiden are canonically, in fact, in the same universe.

Wrap that around your head.

Transformers, Inhumanoids, GI Joe, and even Jem and the Holograms all canonically exist in the same universe too.

All, or at least most, SMT games are in fact in an interconnected Multi-verse linked by the Amala Network that's prominent in the mainline games.

I heard somewhere that The Mask and The Avengers are in the same continuity, but I think it's BS.

Final Fantasy Tactics/XII/TA/etc are in the same world as Vagrant Story.

It would make plenty of sense if Fallout and Metro 2033 were in the same Universe. While America was making the Valut tech shit, Russian was technologically stunted.

Sly Cooper, Jack and Dexter, and Rachet and Clant could all coexist. That would make one hell of a game.

Assassins Creed and Infamous. Just because the thought of Kesler being a templar sounded wat too awesome in my head.

Also, Jackie Estecato from The Darkness in an episode of Breaking Bad.

I think you had a typo on Clank. But They kind of did that with Playstation Move heroes or something. You can watch the cut-scenes on youtube if you want to see it.

Well I always liked to think that F-Zero and Metroid are on the same universe, still waiting for them to make a new F-Zero and have a Space Pirate pilot or maybe even Samus, but I'm silly like that.
[sub][sub]Though Kirby and Metroid are the same universe, I mean on Kirby's Dreamland 3 you do meet Samus and all those Metroids, so there's that.
[sub]Incidentally why is it that there hasn't been an F-Zero game in 8 years? And why didn't they release climax over here? I mean the Anime sucked but GP-Legend was a good game, and Climax was pretty much more of that. X_x[/sub][/sub][/sub]

It's hard to say what's official and whats not when it comes to this. Developers put easter eggs in new games they make of their previous work often, even when they work for different companies than their old product. It's hard to not call some of these legit, since it's the developers talking and not the company.

I'm assuming you are talking more about confirmed links, which is fine, I just don't know where the line exists.

That being said, I always loved how the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were "created" in the same accident that caused Daredevil to get his powers.

F-Zero threw in a few Starfox references with some of its pilots. Wouldn't be too surprised if they were in the same universe.

It was probably just an Easter Egg, but in the first episode of Firefly, the turret that Mal uses to shoot down an Alliance fighter has the Weylan Yutani emblem on the HUD.

Ryu is a very, VERY busy man in between Tournaments. :p

Personally I'd love to see a Ninja Gaiden-like game staring Kasumi. Yeeeeeah, I'm a fanboy, and I don't care. :p

OT: I'd love to see Commander Shepard in the Halo universe or Master Chief in the ME universe. Just to decide once and for all who the greatest space marine is. :3

I can see you're a big fan of those videoed-games. Four characters, not one of them written correctly. :p

So... you want to ruin breaking bad by introducing a shadow wizard?
What?
Now SOA and Breaking Bad being in the same universe.. thats a TERRIFYING thought

Now for the reverse: I HATE that they did the Eureka/Warehouse 13 crossover. I get that they were desperate to save Eureka, but really? The way to go about that is to make it even WORSE?

I think it'd be kinda cool if if Max Payne and Grand Theft Auto(GTA IV era) took place in the same universe. I mean, in Max Payne 3 there are actually cars from GTA IV in a bunch of the chapters, including but not limited to: the Landstalker, Cavalcade, Burrito, Bobcat, Turismo, Minivan, Cognoscenti, and Raul's boat. With the newer GTA games having a more somber tone, it wouldn't seem too out of place for the two franchises to cross a bit.

I am almost sure that some minor Warehouse 13 character makes a apperance in Alphas, nevermind things like "continuity" because that's for pussies.

Well, there's the fact that Half-Life and Portal both take place in the same universe, but I'm sure everyone already knew that.

As for crossovers that aren't canon, I always liked to think that Assassin's Creed and The Secret of NIMH (as in the animated film) both take place in the same universe, and that the red stone from TSoN was just a fragment of the Piece of Eden that blew up that NIMH (really a part of Abstergo) was testing on animals. Then, of course, the rats escaped and nicked the fragment on their way out. It would explain all the seemingly supernatural stuff that happens in the movie, the same way the Pieces of Eden are supposed to have caused all the miracles in human history, just on a more mouse-sized scale. The genetic memory stuff in Assassin's Creed would even explain how the injections gave the rats the ability to read, because Abstergo were probably experimenting with transplanting memories from one host to another. It even kind of makes sense that they'd start with something like language, because it would be easy to test for (just show the rats some cards with words on them and see how they react).

... It makes sense, damn it. Besides, imagine Desmond having a talking rat sidekick for the next Assassin's Creed game. It would be awesome.

And then it turned out that the Troubles in haven won't stop because they are all alphas, but then one day the gang goes out to find and artifact and brings home a succubus and her hip bubbly friend. they all have to band together with the Alphas team to fight the evil corporation controlling haven with powerful artifacts which causes a world-destroying chain reaction that they are helpless to stoop until Sheriff Carter is sensible at it.

Then they send all non-humans to the Sanctuary for all time
