Displaying a Facebook comment thread on a website (e.g. like in Zero Punctuation)

Hello!

I like the feature in the Zero Punctuation videos, where a Facebook comment thread is visible below the video. I'd like to implement something similar to my blog, but don't know where to begin.

Does anyone here know how the system works, or what it's called? I can read manuals and such, so I don't expect anyone to explain it in detail, just to point me to the right direction a little.
