The question is in the title, but i'll just make it clear. Do you cry when in physical pain? NOT Emotional,it's normal to cry for men or when , when people pass away, or terrible things happened to them or those around them, but do you cry when you are in physical pain.

If you do, what was the last time you were in so much physical pain that you were actually brought to tears?

I know guys that no matter what happen to them (broken limbs, kick in the balls, hell even stabbed, etc... ) they wouldn't shed a tear. And i am wondering if people here are the same way. Or are you sensitive to pain, and would cry at the slightest harm to your body?

I personally have only cried once due to physical pain , and it was when i broke my foot. I had a tree branch tall on my foot ( totally my fault ) and the pain was so excrusiating that i bursted out in tears. Now i wasn't sobbing, but i had tears running down my eyes.

Your Turn.

Physical pain... can't say I remember any time I've cried due to physical pain.

...oh wait, I had an ear infection when I was like 8, and I think I cried then. That's about it. I handle pain very well.

Holy dick dude, this is like your fifth thread in two days. Calm down.

I don't cry, I swear a bunch, curse every deity with all sorts of injuries, not many tears.

Same. Since then, the only time I cried from physical pain was when I was kicked in the balls by a drunk martial artist. It wasn't until two days later that I stopped feeling a tugging at my groin when I walked.

I live with pain on a daily basis (between rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia) so no. I don't think there's another bit of physical pain that would cause me to shed anything but the aforementioned curses to whatever deity that might be listening.

I don't do well with physical pain. I'm particularly weak. It depends on the amount of the pain of course. One particular experience which has always fixed on my memory of a time I cried in school due to pain, which was quite humiliating... i'll say nothing else.

I laugh. the More pain, the louder I laugh. Which freaks people out and makes them want to hurt me more.

Physical pain?....Uhhh, last time I can really remember was breaking my wrist when I was 11. Then again, I haven't had anything particularly excruciatingly painful happen to me since then.

Last time I remember crying from physical pain was when I was a little kid and had tripped and smashed my face into the protruding metal pool guard on our pool. The entire left side of my face turned black from the brusing. Fortunately nothing was broken, which surprised the doctors.

These days I don't tend to cry over physical pain, I just ride it out.

Once in 4th grade when I broke mt cheek bone, and once in 7th or 8th grade when I had a ruptured ear drum, those were the last two times.

Last time I did was back when I was ten, from en ear infection; woke up everyone in the flat too. But since then... no. I make weird faces, I breathe fast and jump all over the place, but no tears.

Amazingly, I don't cry when something hurts me anymore, but I laugh.

Nothing on par by Joker standards, but when I get hurt, I laugh so hard.

It has to be really bad. So generally I don't simply because I'm usually not in enough pain to make me cry over it. But I will cry from physical pain.

Depends on the type of physical pain. If someone is in the process of dislocating my wrist or shoulder, I proceed to yell out in pain in some primal warning for them to stop. If I accidentally put a cheese grater to my thumb, I curse a ton and fix it. Most pain follows the latter.

There are some moments where I will actually cry that are pretty rare. One time I walked into a house, slammed the outer side of my knee cap into the edge of it, and buckled over sobbing like a child. Which is strange as when I snapped cartilage in my ribcage by slamming into a counter I didn't realize I did anything until I couldn't breath well for a month and had to see a doctor.

When I get teeth drilled at the dentist and they stick the needle right between my front @#$%ing teeth, I will shed a tear as well. That shit hurts.

So maybe it all has to do with the placement and nerves involved.

I cried a lot from physical pain when I was a teenager, A LOT. Anything that was really painful and lasted a while I would just start bawling.

Now I wouldn't cry in the same way from physical pain, I wouldn't sob but I might shed a silent, manly tear.
When I was 20 I did take three paintballs to the gonads without so much as my eyes watering, that's pretty impressive if I do say so myself.

Yes actually, although it's more my eyes uncontrollably watering than actually crying. How severe the pain needs to be to cause it depends on how close it is to my eyes -- a hard enough pinch on the cheek can get my eyes watering, but anywhere lower down than my neck needs to be downright excruciating. Doesn't everyone do this, though? Seems like a basic reflex. The tears help protect your eyes from foreign objects, which is a good thing if something is currently wounding you.

I fell out of a tree, down to the ground and smashed my knee on a rock, when I was 10 or something. Think I cried and squealed a bit then.
Apart from that... no. Can't say I do.
