I have 34 Zombie plans. All of them but one include a human sacrifice of a comrade so that I could live. The other one has me get bitten by a zombie and then find a large group of survivors. When they sleep I'll turn into a zombie and eat them all!
I win!

Stay inside and wait a few days for it to be over (assuming the zombies are near where I live) because a zombies are one of the worst predators imaginable, they have no sense of self preservation, biting as a form of attack is crap, they have no immune system and their prey is also their top predator.

Zombies are crap, threads about zombies are crap and threads about zombie apocalypses are crap.

Nope... I don't need one because I live in the part of the world where nothing never happens! ^_^

I really wanted to understand all this commotion about zombies... Looks like they are in their 30-year cultural cycle apex, right now.

depends which type of zom we are dealing with. and who is director :). but approx 30 specific plans and 3 general plans. the most likely useful general plan is bunker down and let them self destruct, as has been pointed out "realistic zombies" are pretty pathetic predators.

Yeah: die.

If it's a zombie apocalypse, I see no reason why I won't be amongst the majority hordes.

I was going to say that the place where nothing happens is exactly where things happen, but no, you're right. Only place safer is Australia or maybe northern Canada.

Gather everyone and everything (including my dog) and then go to my Nana's farm, find nearby survivors and yay, zombie free farm and dairy farm.

Also, if all the neighbours next to my Nana's house turned into zombies I would have to fight..... two zombies.

Well I live in gun toting Texas, so it'll be easy to survive considering I live in an apartment complex. I can make entrances to almost every room, and I can knock down some railing to make bridges to others. I also live in walking distance of Wal-mart, Super 1, and many medical stores so nothing wrong there. It kind of depends on which zombie too. The Dawn of th Dead original ones, the remake ones, or the real-world science sense ones.

I don't know why I'm posting this like it's serious :3 just good to have a plan I guess.

Seeing as the dead walking the earth is about as likely to happen as Freddy Mercury appearing at Wembley and yelling "you thought I was dead ...... April Fool" then I think we're all safe.

In the unlikely event of them actually walking around then, considering their brains have all but decayed, i'll probably just sit in my house and wait it out. I highly doubt any of them have the capacity to pick a lock so I think i'll be safe.

Unless my gran from my dads side gets up and starts walking around then we'd need to have words ..... she owes me 29 years worth of birthday and christmas presents.

I'm in that part of society where it isn't rural, but for some reason all the weird stuff happens in the surrounding suburbs but never comes here. Seriously, during the floods (and the heavy rain/mild flooding a year before that) the worst we had was some minor rising of the creeks (from the actual rain, not from the dam, or nearby rivers or anything). It was mildly inconvenient, but we never lost power, we never had trouble for food or anything, and we essentially lived normal lives while everyone else in any suburb but ours had their lives up-heaved.

If there is ever a zombie apocalypse, I'll probably just stay at home until it blows over.

I always feel bad for new people to the site who make zombie apocalypse threads and are greeted with hostility.
Tip: Zombie threads are an ever-present feature on these forums, most people became tired of them about two years ago.

I used to have a survival plan but then I realised I won't do any of that. I'll probably see zombies, shit a brick, pass out in fear, reanimate and fall victim to a survivor's clever zombie apocalypse plan.

zombies are such a flawed creature that the longest they would NEVER overthrow the American military and government but a zombie apocalypse would give the entire world a common enemy, everything like's to feel useful

Me and all of my friends do as well. I'm not telling mine, though. I don't want you finding me when you become a zombie.

By the way this is just a hypothetical discussion, yes its highly unlikely that a zombie apocalypse will occur but theres no need to greet the thread with hostility, its just for a bit of fun.

Yup my brother and I have planned for this over and over :p

Considering we are in the UK (no guns ect) ours are normally 2-3 month survival plans based more around location and natural defences.

They make great conversations for long trips. :)
