I get that people want to look around for things like shirts, pants, jackets etc. You want to find the right balance between looks good and feels good. But does anyone seriously give as much thought to buying underwear? I mean, I would have thought that the biggest question (for men anyway) was 'boxers or briefs?' Do you need to find that special pair of private attire or are you happy just as long as everything feels right down there?
Do you worry about the kind of underwear you buy?

I wear boxers, especially since briefs look disgusting on men.

On topic: Yes, I do care. Underwear should be comfortable and make you feel good.
Three things run through my head as I buy my undies: are they the right size, are they a good price, and are they comfortable? Other than that, I put almost zero thought into them; it almost doesn't matter at all what they look like.

I wear briefs but I'm underweight... so I cannot wear adult sized underwear... So I have to buy mine from the children's section... :-/ And no. Gaining weight really isn't an option here because it DOESN'T work. My genetic tendency toward being underweight is pretty much insurmountable.

I wear boxer briefs, then a pair of shorts, and then pants. I am weird, and that is much cause for ridicule by people who know me. I like gray boxer-briefs. I hate normal briefs, because they are well ridiculous, and I don't wear boxers because I don't need tow ear two pairs of shorts, and also pants.
