really bungie or 343 whichever F@?*&ng name you use now, i distinctly remember them saying "this'll be the HALO to end all HALO games, the last one". im sorry but i bought reach at the midnight release because it was special for that reason now whats the point, i said no expense spared 'cause it's the last one and that makes it special enough for me to splash my cash, now look what you've gone and done bungie, a company who built pretty much their entire business on their fanbase and loyalty emphasising the fact other companies dont care enough to do that, have just gone and fucked us over with the same deal they bought us with, the sell out fucks. i want to know if you feel let down or angry with bungie and in my opinion if you dont hate a company who completely lied to you and fucked you over then you're as bad as them...
P.S in case you didn't know bungie have now moved the entirety of their design employment to 343 studios, so now they can say as a technicality that they're not making any more halo games.

343 isn't Bungie. They just got given the series by Microsoft. What was meant is Reach was Bungie's last Halo. In any case, you shouldn't really be angry if a series is continued. If it turns to shit, THEN you may complain.

Even if Bungie said it was the last Halo ever, which they didn't; they said it was their last Halo. They even said they didn't expect Microsoft to just drop a giant IP like Halo when they own the rights to it and can still make money from it.

343 isn't Bungie anyway. Bungie sold their souls to Activision. 343 does have a good amount of ex-Bungie though.

Halo IS Microsofts flagship intellectual property. Nothing else comes close. So as long as Halo franchise keeps selling, There will basically always be a "New Halo" for a Microsoft console.

Oh, trust me, I know. It's just that half the people on here are needlessly bashing Halo 4 for milking the franchise, while the other half are bashing it "because it was supposed to be the last one". And although I can kind of agree with the fact that they're milking it (though there is nothing inherently wrong with milking a franchise) it pisses me off to see people bash a game for reasons that are untrue.
