Does anyone else LOATHE when people don't close their parenthesis?

I see it time and time again and it's one of my biggest pet peeves, why do posters sometimes forget to just close the parenthesis. It irks me so much because I have a bit of a reading voice in my mind, and just like when I see CAPS LOCK AS YELLING, I'll see stuff that's in parenthesis as stuff that's being whispered. And it just feels weird reading in my head when something starts off whispered and then continues on that way and doesn't end. I can't really describe it. So please people, close your parenthesis!(And for discussion value does anyone else get annoyed at this and what are some other pet peeves of yours

I have many pet peeves... but none that I get sufficiently worked up about to start a thread about. *shrug* I'm tolerant like that.

I agree. Darn humans can be so forgetful sometimes and forget to close the parenthesis. I THINK THEY SHOULD BE WALLOPED EVERY TIME THEY FORGET.

I don't really care about parenthesis but if someone overuses caps, that is a bit annoying.

haha yeah it totally gets me off track when reading. If it doesn't end for a while I pause and backtrack in search for it, only to find they forgot to end it which bothers me for a couple seconds.

I don't LOATHE people who do it, but it does bug the living shit out of me.

It annoys me sometimes. (Especially when they make another point afterwards and you cant tell if it's still part of the sentence. The buttons are literally next to each other.
