Dont hate battlefield 3 just because of EA

Lately there has been so much news about EA's origin ruining battlefield almost as if EA didn't want it to succeed. Although it really does seem annoying what they are doing dont hate the game cause of them. Remember its about how good the game. look at this video the game still looks and sounds amazing.

Im not telling you to get it just dont be too harsh on the game cause of EA. The developers still worked hard.

I don't need to hate EA to hate battlefield. The only battlefield game that was worth my time was 2142. Everything else was just a clone of something else.

So in summary, battlefield is plenty of reason to hate battlefield all on its own.

I never had any interest in Battlefield 3. I had no idea that I could have less than no interest in something, other than actively hoping it fails.

Uh, yeah, pretty much this. It's just unfortunate that BF3 has to be the game that comes out in the middle of this. Super bad timing.

I don't hate Battlefield 3 because of EA, the game looks completely fantastic. Unfortunately, the bullshit that EA has put into the game, Origin, Battlelog, everything, has completely made me rethink buying the game.

I would LOVE to be able to play this game, and to support the Dice, but unfortunately, this isn't possible without supporting EA and their crap, so I won't be getting the game.

to use an analogy there is a diamond at the bottom of a pit but then a load of shit is thrown in ontop of it. you then have to ask yourself how much are you willing to dig through to get to the diamond.
your hand not so bad. up to your elbow can deal with it. up to your shoulder maybe if you really want the diamond but if you have to start digging down and get totally covered you have to draw the line and say getting the diamond is just not worth it.

no matter how good a game is there is only so much people are willing to go through to get to the game. any rage is not directed at the game but the things they need to do to access it. sometimes it is a little misdirected that is all.

Its kind of sad that now in order to play an EA game in our PC we have to pretty much give up our privacy. I guess its time to cancel that BF3 preorder...
