2nd Edit: Ok, after some research it looks like USA is supposed to be on the list, but the list got cut down (probably due to a copy/paste error). Some guy sent a key to a friend in Sweden and it worked just fine.

Can someone please explain something about the game. I was trying it out for the first time last night, and I couldn't figure out how the hell I use an item. Nothing I've seen in the controls said how to use an item in your stash and someone mentioned a courier, but I don't what the hell that is or how to use it. And don't say "google;" I've tried google and I didn't find shit except for descriptions of items you can use.
