Dragon Age Origins - Not able to make a Health Poultice

I have the required ingredients (Elfroot, Flask and Distillation agent) and also the required skill (Herbalism Rank 2). Then why doesn't the recipe show up in the left side of Potion interface?

I'm not sure, but I'm also not sure that the developers know what a poultice is, so the confusion is understandable.

Got Wynne? If so talk to her she can make them, IIRC she starts with Herbalism anyway.

Dude, I love Dragon Age Origins as much as the next guy, but this isn't your personal question forum. Google the answers or go on the Bioware forums. I think this forum is meant to be for discussion instead of asking for help and questions.
