Well do you or do you want one?.

I don't myself have duel citizenship but I would love to get one for Canada or Australia. They are both cool and friendly countries and it'll be a nice change when I want to get away from Ireland.

I do! Yay me! I feel like I'm part of the club or something :D

I have citizenship for Japan and England... unfortunately, Japan doesn't allow dual nationality, so I have to choose between the 2 when I'm 21 :(

Any idea which you'll go for?

Out of curiosity if you opted for the English citizenship, would the Japanese treat you as a complete non-citizen in respect to immigration and employment there, or would they look kindly on you?

Possibly..I haven't heard of triple citizenships but it might depend on the laws of the various countries involved. Form what I understand about VISA procedures, each individual country has the sovereign right to decide which people it considers to be its own citizens according to its own laws. How that connects with triple citizenship is at the discretion of the immigration authorities, I would imaging.

Also, what if you could claim tax benefits from those countries?. Woah..

I have British Citizenship, and I've been living in Canada for the last 5 years so I'll hopefully be getting citizenship here sometime. First I have to get permanent residence (Immigration here is completely incompetent. They have lost our papers numerous times).

I've just been through that man. I've been working on getting myself a work permit, but I have to leave for a while and come back before that can happen.

To better explain, I'm a US citizen, but I have a girlfriend in Canada.

I was also born in Germany, but I don't have dual citizenship between the US and Germany, because my parents opted me out of that shortly after I was born. (ahaha air force brat)

Yup. Irish/Swiss here. Though, I've never been to Switzerland, I still get the voting material :/ It's a little irksome though, out of the three main languages I picked German because it was what I knew the most, doesn't mean I understand a lot of it though, and I suspect google language tools of misleading me sometimes. >.> <.<
