Dungeons of the Endless: Questions

Hey escapists;

Dungeon of the Endless seems like an AWESOME game - but I have a few questions before I want to buy it.
1.) How "big" does the multiplayer get? Is it a four-person cap?
2.) Is there an endgame? Or is it really... endless?
3.) I hear the tutorial isn't very helpful despite being ridiculously long. Are the controls and quirks difficult to master?

1) I don't know if I can really comment as I haven't played the multiplayer, but the party is limited to four people solo so I would imagine it's probably capped at the same in multi.

2) It ends. I think there are ten floors, at least on the starting dungeon? There are a bunch of different dungeon templates you choose from at the start of the game, though like ships in FTL you have to unlock most of them through playing the game.

3) It's not too complicated a game. Resource management is the trickiest part, and that hinges more on figuring out the pros and cons of each "tower" you build. All of the stats are pretty adequately displayed and self-explanatory if you've got a background with RPGs. Though you might need to look at the controls to know all of the hotkeys (they can be rebound).

1. Never played multiplayer.

2. Yes and no. I think there was endless mode, but other modes indeed do have ends. Normal has... 15 floors?

3. Uh.... it has been a long time since I've played it.
I may be wrong but I am pretty sure that keys were re-bindable. I suggest watching gameplay for that info.

I am also unsure if this game needed tutorial. Basic gameplay isn't exactly... rocket science.
