Right now I'm making a tortilla pizza, it's easy. One Tortilla, some salsa or tomato purée, some cheese and any toppings you like. Under the grill for 3-4 minutes and done. A good breakfast, but I'm looking for other ideas.

What's your favourite easy thing to cook?

Fudge cake isn't hard to make. I made it in year 8 cooking classes, and loved it. I still make it every now and then. All you need is some cocoa, lots of sugar, coconut milk (normal milk works fine) and butter. Chuck everything into a bowl, and just use a mixer. Then you just put it in the oven for 20 minutes. I have the recipe somewhere, just not anywhere that I know of.

I also make a lot of Mexican food. Cook, wrap and/or fold.

Scrambled Eggs are easy and versatile. Crack eggs in bowl, add milk/cream/butter, whisk, any herbs/extras. Then in microwave for a minute, stir and repeat until done. I remember few things that my father taught me, but that was one of them

Steak bleu.
Just throw it in the pan with some butter, flip it a few times and it's done!

EDIT: I guess it would be called rare instead of bleu in English.

Baked beans on toast, sprinkled with cheese.

I can also throw together a pretty nice salad if I've got enough ingredients.

i love cooking... one of my favourate meals to make is just like a fried rice dish... just some rice in a wok (i prefer rice you cook yourself but packet stuff works ok) add some bacon (yes, bacon), chicken, peas, spring onion, a small amount of salt and pepper, lots of soy sauce and maybe some flavouring sauces if you have em lying about.. then throw in a whisked egg and mix around till cooked and voila!! a tasty dish that is relatively simple to make :p

I've got a recipie for a micro chocolate cake (micro 'cause you cook it in a microwave oven) somewhere that takes about 15 minutes to make.

It's not only easy, it's fucking delicious.

Though I guess that could count more as baking than cooking... hmm...

George Foreman. Those things will cook just about anything. A favourite of mine being grilled chicken with grilled vegetables. Chicken needs like 20 mins and the veg (if its fresh) only 5-7ish. You can also add a bit of oil and a few herbs just to liven up the taste a bit.
