Lol.

I imagine 'High Rock to Black Marsh' doesn't have quite the same appeal.

The Elder Scrolls Online:
Where you can go to ALL the places

That's great, I should be getting paid for this.

Well we can still explore that tiny little area of Cyrodiil Gais!

They probably mean Morrwind and Skyrim as in the actual games. I don't know if that makes it better ("Explore everything you've actually seen so far") or worse ("Hey, we only know three titles, OK? And the devs tell us that Oblivion is not going to be featured in the game").

The Elder Scrolls Online: because making an MMO out of a singleplayer RPG series can't possibly go wrong. Just ask Bioware.

That's fantastic.
Although, I'd imagine they're saving up new, unexplored areas in the TES universefor the actual proper games.
Y'know, the ones people will actually like.

I hope this game crashes and burns like TOR, then developers will realize that not every MMO is a solid cash-in.

It's especially weird since I thought the whole thing was supposed to be based in Cyrodiil, around the Imperial City.

I'm predicting that it manages to fail harder than TOR did.

Elder Scrolls online: It's just, like wow!

I lol'd, I really did.

But as much as I love to hate this upcoming game as much as anybody else, this is after all just marketing types being unfamiliar with their product, and it says nothing about the product itself. I very much doubt it's going to be a good game, but I hope I can judge it without bias. There's a lot of hatred bandwagoning in the gaming community and I don't want to be part of that. Still a funny gaff though.

Oh, you'd better believe it will. Witness the blinding beauty of Moonshadow as only low-poly MMO graphics can render it! Raid the unknowable Quagmire of Vaermina for phat lewt! Fight Mehrunes Dagon, Prince of Destruction, who fought the God of Time, whose protonymic and neonymic have gone unspoken for a thousand years, in a special bi-monthly event! 20-35 players recommended.

But, but...I'm not Rawne1980 :( Other than that, I see Oblivion coming in an expansion. Outlands style. After all, if they're going to follow WoW, they might as well go all the way.
