This developed last night. I will quote from someone not me:
An explanation of the server: Jiggly's Funhouse runs a mod they call "sourcecraft" which is actually a collection of other sourcemod plugins that have been combined into one big plugin. That last youtube link is of a competing server running war3source, which is essentially the newer public version that actually does come from their respective programmers. The gameplay is similar to an RPG where you get stats and levels. Those levels, like any RPG, take hundreds of hours to build up.
Community rage is on two fronts:
1.) The admin will wait for regular players to level up considerably, at which point they (allegedly) start harassing them to donate a minimum of $25 or else either get their stats reset or completely banned. The first youtube video is audio from one such incident. This practice has apparently been going on for a while.
2.) A player who decided not to get taken in by extortion, instead decides to donate $0.01. For those who are not aware, paypal charges for each transaction which means that "Jiggly's Funhouse" actually lost money from that donation. In retaliation, the owner (allegedly) decided to post personal information regarding that person, including the full name and email. In addition, he toyed with posting the home address. (shoutboxes, are of course, editable by admin.)
