Just found this as a 1/5 star review on amazon. Is common sense genuinely dead?

"the adapter came with a mini dvd disc for the software and unfortunately my apple macbook pro would have chewed up the mini disc and then refused to spit it out (thus costing me a fortune). They should have sent a full sized dvd disc. i can't understand why they don't or didn't because it is compatible with apple macs 10.4 and 10.5!!!"

Even an apple machine doesn't deserve to be treated like that.

Any other computing related facepalms out there which would make me feel a little better about reading this one?

I payed $90 for a copy of Starship Titanic.

It was the Mac version. I have a PC.

I can't remember what it was called, but a couple years back I bought the gold edition of a game. Upon arriving at home I spent the next hour and a half trying to figure out why my computer couldn't read it, at which point I discovered that it was on a DVD and my computer only had a cd-drive at the time.

P.S. As is the case for driving, not everyone knows how to use a computer very well. You'd be surprised at the number of people that don't even know what the Bold function is in Word.

I bought the Orange Box for PC from steam but none of the Half-Life games will work.

Also, I paid $20 for Men of War but online won't work
