Erepublik is a game where you choose your country, join a company, work, train, fight for your country. I have been playing erepublik for 60 days and it is the best Browser game I have ever played(and I've played loads.) you can get active in the politics.
This game doesnt need any money put into, you can. But it just gives you some money(not enough that you can ruin the countries economy though) Most of the people dont stick to the game because the game requires reading whats being said by the government and being able to take orders from the people above you.
I will make a guide for the first few days for the people who plan on joining.
(Note: The game is admitidly quite dull for the first 4-5 days as it is 2 clicking. however during this time you cacn read the newspapers which gets you into the games spirit.)
Register(obviously)
Confirm email(ditto)
Log In(yet again)
click My places > Profile
Click Edit profile
Change your avatar(Must be .jpeg)
Click market>Job market> change the icon that says "All" change to 0-0.99
Find a job that is 1* because 2* means up it uses up more wellness(a kind of health)
If theres a job that pays $10-20 at 0-0.99 skill then dont take it, this is a trap company run by hostile countries. you join and carn't work, you could easily leave but most people think "whats the point of having companies you cant even work at" and leave the game.
after you've found a job click apply then click on my places>company>work
this should show how much skill you've earnt, as you get more skill you can get better paying jobs.
Click My places>army> train
training gives you experience and it makes you do more damage in battles(which is very freqeunt as it is in world war 3 atm)
buy food at the market and then start reading newspapers
