So we've been tossing back and forth the idea of having another Escapism, as the last one was such fun. With my brand-spanking new School Planner I'm able to rifle through and pick some dates.

The best option looks to be Saturday the 18th of April. Weekend before is Easter, Saturday after is ANZAC day.

Next point. What are we going to do that day, and who's able to come? Once again, it'll be held in Sydney as this gives us the best options for entertainment. I'd like to vary it a little from the day we had in December, toss up some new ideas for things to do and that kind of thing. To recap, last time we hit an Arcade and a Net cafe.

My personal suggestion would be that we have a day-long LARP in which we all get stupidly dressed up and act pompous around Sydney. This would, of course, result in a degree of geekyness which some may not have presented before. We'd also need a plot and game plan, with the winner/s getting.. something. Perhaps a team-game if we get enough people, as that adds to the fun and gives each character a little more power.

Okay, I'm done with this. I hate you labyrinth, you and all your merriment, I just can't take it anymore. What ever happened to Escapecon? Why must the Aussies be the only one's to have fun? Is there anyone who can organize a Midwestern US version of this?

You know the score, love. Find a way to get my arse over there to Sydney and I'd be more than happy to play along. Otherwise we may have a bit of a problem...

Oh, goodness... LARPing?
Do you even have a theme?
You don't want to be Samus, while you've got a bunch of Kratos* hanging around, do you?

Kratos-es?
Kratai?

My only suggestion here is do it yourself. It doesn't take much. A bit of calendar-bashing, talking to a few people. Sacrificing privacy. You know, the usual.

All are welcome to Cornfest, especially considering I can count on one hand the amount of Midwestern escapists.

All other things aside, there are these rumors that you eat puppies and/or kittens...
It's more than a little frightening.
That's just one picture!

Curse you Aussies (By location or otherwise) and your meet-ups *Shakes fist*.

I need to plan something for the east coast of the US...Time to start tossing the idea about.

Nah. They're leftover pieces of babies. I like kittens alive so they can purr at me. Meow.. merrrrrrow. Mew.
