I was just playing warhawk a moment ago and it was a CTF match and the score was 9 to 0 in close corridors. I had the flag, I was just about to jump and score the flag when suddenly my screen went black and then it went back to lobby, then a message poped up. It said The admin had "decided" to kick you out of the match. I was seriosuly angry. and ironcly I got kicked right before I scored and we would have won the game.

have you ever been kicked for no good reason? such as killing someone alot?

I searched the forums and found the topic have you been kicked for supposed cheating. this is diffrent this is for people who got kicked cause someone didnt want you in the game for killing them alot or something.

Yes. It hurt a lot.

It was in my lower body though, so it could have been worse like my stomach, or my... Moving on!

Kicked for being the best on the server.
Happened with just about every game I played multi-player.
Oh, and admins love to kick me just for besting them in fair combat.
After all, it's just fair play to shoot your teammate in the back, pick up their rifle and say "sry needed ur ammo".
Right?

I've been kicked more times than a football made of rags. Sometimes it's because of my ineptitude, sometimes because of the vagaries of other gamers. Just don't take it too personally.

Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow.

There was an unofficial game-mode called 'tag'. Basically you would get 3 spies versus 1 merc. The objective was to kill each other and the first spy to die was merc next round.

I joined a room with 3 spies so was put as merc. I killed all three of them without losing a life, I was then kicked by the host who was the stereotype of a teenage American Xbox Live player.

His exact wording was as follows (I kid you not): 'What shape is Italy? It's a freaking boot."

Admittedly when I first read the title I was expecting it to mean that kind of kick.

I've been kicked and banned for no reason on Counter Strike: Source a while back; I think the admins thought I was hacking. I don't balm them, I have made some amazingly Skillful(Lucky) shots in the past which I thought may have looked suspicious....

That's happened to me in warhawk but only a couple of times.

Actually one time the guy sent a note saying it was nothing personal and that they were trying to show some friends the ropes. Friends who weren't quite ready for my very sneaky mine placement strategy.

The other time, I had no idea why I got kicked. It's okay though because there are a ton of servers to choose from.

I used to be a pretty high level TFC player. Once in a while I'd get kicked from public servers, because I supposedly unbalanced the teams, especially when there were no other good players, or because the admins couldn't handle consistently getting their asses handed to them.

The first reason makes sort of sense, but it does defy the whole point of a public server.

I was kicked from a L4D versus match, I think because I kept pouncing a guy who kept going off by himself and therefore making himself an easy target.

In order to save time, I propose that if you are intending to write yet one more variation of the "I got kicked because I'm too awesome" response, can you just make a post that says "I got kicked because I'm too awesome"? That way we can filter it out and see what other random reasons there are. Thanks!

I was once kicked because the admin "didn't like the looks of my IP [address]".

Yeah I was on GameRanger the other day trying to play an Age II game. I get in, they ask me what skill level I am (which is a very awkward question) and on a scale of 1-10 I said about 5, since I really have no clue. Then the host said "Alright we'll pair you with ....forgot the name.... since he's the weakest" Which I'm not sure if that meant I'm a lot better than them or if they wanted to make sure they win.

Either way I got kicked like 5 minutes later I have no clue why.

I dont know if this was pointed at me cause you didnt quote anyone, but I wasnt saying I was awesome I was accutaly maybe in 6th place in the match. I died alot, but still got some kills.. I think I got kicked cause they didnt want my team to win...

I've been kicke quite a few times in RSV2 in Terrorist hunt because I didn't go the way the toher players wanted me to. Now I understand that sometimes you need a plan. But a retarded plan like lets all run for the room on the other side of the map and stay there until every single one of the 45 terrorists comes in and looks does get a bit boring after a while.
And plenty of times I've been kicked sconds after entering an RSV2 game for no apparant reason.

I was having an arguement with someone in my house and accidentally left the headset on and I think all the other playes thought I was yelling at them, well I suppose that is a reason.

Was playing a game of L4D with my best chum and one stranger when the strangers votes to boot me because I failed to kill everyone as the tank. The other stranger voted as well and i was shocked when i was immediately booted.

To get booted by your best friend thats just wrong. He just quit the round and we started a new one laughing at me.
