What I mean is, you pop in a game, quickly become bored or disinterested, then pop in game after game until your entire library of games has been chewed through? Then what do you do?

You do it all over again -___-

Ugh, yes. Sometimes just nothing seems appealing and when I try to curb my boredom, nothing seems to fit.

I eventually just end up downloading a movie or something.

Nope. I usually just walk around bored until something else comes up or until I can force myself to start writing again.

Can't be done. Including my Gametap subscription, I have over 1200 games. Try doing THAT all in one day.

Since I have about... a bajillion pc games (well about 120), a good 60 games for consoles that I can no longer play (my Genesis is from Europe and doesn't use VGA and my PS3 exploded [no really, it did, into pieces, no jokes], about 20 games I cannot find because ds and gba carts are so easy to lose behind a couch or what not... It would be physically impossible to play every game I own in a day.

Yes, I do this frequently. I'm ADD enough that I can't sell any of my games due to the fact that every once in a while I play an ancient game of mine, because it almost feels new.

If this happens, I usually don't even bother starting steam because I'll get annoyed by it before I even start one of those games...

Not that it happened often, usually I get to Nuts And Bolts or MGS4 and spend a few hours trying to create some weird vehicle [http://i43.tinypic.com/vse3ad.jpg] or torturing some NPCs.

Like many of my fellow respondents, in order to do this I could only spend a few minutes at most playing each game, which is not usually long enough for me to become bored (with a game, anyway.)
I might have come close when I was little and messing around on the family Apple - at least, I probably went through all the games I knew I had. Kid Pix, Glypha III (I think that's what it was - you flew around and fought Sphinxes), Fortune's Favor solitaire, a few others.

Shit no... Apart from the fact that I have around 500 GAMES (no I'm not a serious collector, I'm just a pirate... they're all on my external HDD.. I only buy the great games! :D) I'm not the type of person who can play games extensively in one setting. Apart from some incredibly rare exceptions such as Mass Effect 2 (which I bought and then played for 15 hours before I decided to take a break) I'll find myself playing games for 1 or 2 hours and then going to do something else. I just find myself getting 'gamers fatigue', like my brain is tired out from the strain of playing at that point, and I need to take a break unless the game is so good that I can't tear myself away. That's another reason I don't understand people who play games "to relax"
