Who do you consider the most evil character in games, movies, books, and tv shows?

For me, I choose Solf J. Kimblee. He's also known as the Crimson alchemis. He is an explosives expert who usually turns live people into bombs.

"Ah... what a beautiful sound. It doesn't get any better than that. I can feel it deep in my bones, like a part of me I never noticed before. That sound is an extension of my being. And this land - this land that's governed by death - I will paint it red with this shard of destruction."

Hmmm...
I'm going to go for the entire Dark Eldar faction of 40k.
Something about draining the lifeforce from other beings through horrific, longterm torture to avoid having your soul eaten by some eldritch abomination from beyond the veil of time and space seems like a bit of a dick move.

EDIT: Heres a picture of one of their team-building excersizes:

Psh, who could be more evil than

He's basically the antithesis of the most positively idealistic and lawful good character in the DCU (Superman, if you didn't already know), so yea, he's pretty damn evil.

Edit: Or Bella, from Twilight, if Spoony is to be believed.

The Devil from the original Bedazzled, as portrayed by the legendary Peter Cook.

This doofball doesn't have a nefarious plan to conquer Heaven and Earth. He's not harvesting souls. He's not influencing world leaders in any way. No, this iteration of The Fallen One is content to perform incredibly annoying, petty evil, like making an old lady purchase a ton of useless shit for no reason or turning a man into a nun. He truly brings out the worst in the phrase "the banality of evil", coined by that Arendt chick.

And that is textbook evil in my opinion.

Ladd Russo from "Baccano!" He literally dances in a pool of blood because he's so happy that there are people to kill. This is his vision of true love: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mfkYUMqCPj0

Littlefinger.

Dude kicked off a giant war because he loved another guy's wife. Note, he had that guy beheaded, killed children, and threw the only person who loved him off a cliff in front of her child. Evil with a capital E.

-He grants the wishes of young girls and in exchange turns them into magical girls to fight monsters, only to have their wish later backfire and then later turn into monsters themselves.

-He constantly pesters a girl to make a contract with him, and even begins scheming plans to get her to make the contract.

-He's the source of all the grief, suffering, and deaths of most of the characters in the show.

-He turns you into a magical girl by ripping your soul from your body and putting it into a small gem, making your body nothing but an empty shell. If the gem is destroyed or out of reach, you collapse. Dead. If the gem is left uncleaned (which it eventually will be), you turn into a monster.

-He claims that all of this is for the good of the universe.

-He's unkillable. If one dies, another would just take his place.

-His species is unable to feel emotions, nor can he understand human values.

-Just...LOOK AT HIM!

Although he's more of a neutral character than an evil one, part of me still likes to believe he's the devil.

Having watched the entirety of the Phoenix Wright and Apollo Justice games, I can safely say there's a winner for "Most Evil" in both genders...

SPOILERS AHEAD FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T PLAYED PHOENIX WRIGHT

Self-centered, egotisical, evil douchebag. Betrayed everyone, even the assassin he hired to kill someone

Hell would be too nice a place for this woman. Those who played Phoenix Wright will know why
