Excess Energy

So, Escapist, I've suddenly got all this excess energy and i need a cool way to use it all, any suggestions?

I know the feeling and when I have excess energy I always put on my headphones and rock out to one of my favorite songs. Also make sure your alone when you do this my dad once caught me and he just looked at me. He was either disappointed, confused, or a little of both but he still hasn't let me live it down.

I feel incredibly embarrassed to admit that this is what I do when I am in the OP's situation. Forgive me. But hot damn does it work! ahem... I said nothing. The broken sticks were quiet too.
