The other day I was discussing with some friends the legalization of drugs, and the discussion turned to what new businesses that would open up. The one I came up with was a theater for people using hallucinogens, but instead of showing movies you take a seat and colors, lights, sounds smells etc. are used to bend the trip in interesting ways.

Although every drug has an optimal situation, would this work for you all, or would any such business fail?

As I know it, everyone has different reactions even when presented with the same factors. What happens if someone tries to sue you if they have a bad trip or something?

Could work. Could also end up really bad. What if someone takes their LSD to the LSD theater and imagines some horrible fangy, gelatinous, superfast, acid monster are after them? That certainly wouldn't be fun for him or any of the other patrons if he got up and started jumping on people to try to escape, and as far as I know, really bad trips like that can overload a person's brain make their heart stop.

I might be lying about that last bit, but I still wouldn't condone the use of drugs that could cause arm to others.

There are a lot of activities that involve life threatening or possibly negative scenarios. that's why wavers exist.

I dont see how you could prove a bad trip in court. The idea would be to give a good trip. Sell MDMA instead of popcorn?
