Francly, I loved the game, I am a big fan of the fable series, and the first game and the Lost Chapters were brilliant. Even though techinally they are the same game. Just the Lost Chapters had a alot more after the end of the actual first game. But getting back to Fable 2...
The story was great, a little simillar to the first one, with a few changes. I loved how *Spoiler* after you first wake up so many years later after your shot out of a window your asked to go to the guild hall? I forget what its called, that was from the first one and when I heard that I was excited, hehe ^^. I love how the game also referrs to the old game brings back memories

...
The dog as a companion was a thing I loved the most about the game, its a shame he wasnt more customizable from the get-go...I hear you can now though since a patch or something? shame I get cant get it coz I dont have X-Box Live..QQ..anyway..
Also ITS SUCH A SHAME HOW THE GUILD MASTER FROM THE FIRST ONE WASNT IN IT, im sorry for the capitals but I wish he was, he was cool such a waiste...instead your talked to most of the time by a blind woman, who was the main characters sister in the first game. And I thought it would of been cool if your character from the first one could of been introduced more, rather than just under the title of "a great hero"
Another thing I wish they should of kept, as I understand times have changed in Fable 2 from a Medieval era to a Victorian era is I wish they could of kept that kind of bulky plate armor. Insteand of just making cloth armour or leather looking armor.
After reading over this ive included what like 1 or 2 good points and just picked at the bad stuff, moving on to the good stuff then.
Like I mentioned a dog, useful for sniffing out treasure, enemys and sometimes useful in combat, come to think of it I dont see why the developers didnt include drugs in the game so you could use your dog to sniff them out and become a local law enforcer. Witty eh?
The combat system was pretty much the same as the old games, and even Peter admitted that the combat system is revolved mostly around button mashing (repeatedly pressing the same button).
But still what elce do you need if your repeatedly meleeing the same enemys over and over?
And I like the real-life aspect of the game as you had to work for your money, but still and everyone agrees it can be frustrating when the little round thing goes to fast and you have to start work from minimal wages all over again? Youd think that youd still be able to make that little extra off questing, never mind eh?
Fable 2 also made it almost completely impossible to be killed. I never died once in the game and francly im glad i didnt want to deal with a non-removable scarr on my body. If it was on my cock I wouldnt care because you dont get to see the damn thing but what can you do? maybe they could release an X rated Fable 2, their allowed to put hookers into the game and let you listen to your wifes jizz noises which at times happen to give me a semi, and yet its rated 15? ive seen more action is PG-13s for christe sake... Peter should be taking notes on this
The breadcrum trail was faulty it kept pointing me in the wrong direction half the time, an once I turned around the oposite direction then it'd fix itself.
It would be good if they also included shields in the game too, running round with a one handed katana just looked kind of silly and you could of got alot more defence out of a shield too, wouldnt you think a flimy rustic katana would break after a few hits after a balverine or bandit gang attacked you? yeah me too...
I have alot more to say about this game but I honestly cant remember alot about it but I think what they could of done is...
Get everything from fable 1, improve the graphics alot, take some elements from fable 2, ie..the dog, some equipment, and bits and pieces of the story, and include some of the thoughts ive included in this not such a review but a critising mass of text, and make a fabulous game for all to enjoy. But even still I love the games and Im looking forward to fable 3. Bring it on Peter...
SORRY FOR THE SPELLING TO, IM A FAST TYPER AND CANNOT BE ARSED TO RE-EDIT IT ALL. Thanks alot guys, love ZP and all of you ^^.
