Fallout 2 help

High guys I have windows 7, recently downloaded fallout 2 and patched it so that it would run in high res. I was wondering if anyone knows how to edit saved games. I just want to go through the game with a jacked up character this time around and have some fun! Any help would be great thanks in advance guys.

There are any number of trainers available on the internet. Simply searching for "Fallout 2 Trainer" will almost certainly get you what you want. That said, a word of caution is in order - trainers are notorious carriers for trojans.

I have tried that, nothing seems to work with fallout 2 on windows 7
