What's your coolest/ oddest/ funniest/ scariest etc. experience that you've had on Fallout 3?
Mine was the first time I met a deathclaw; I watched it kill two Giant Radscorpions, a Wastelander, then it killed my dog, chased me through a supermutant camp and killed most of them the I nuked it.

Probably the wrong forum, but I am still scared shitless of Deathclaws.

Modded an experimental MIRV so that it shot 100 nukes. I went to tenpenny tower and modded my range so that it hit megaton...I was like...wow, just like the cutscene XD

Anywayz, one of mine would be getting a Chinese officer sword while I was level 20, going to town on those hoity toity residents in Ten Penny Tower.

P.S. can't wait for Broken Steel.

Mine was when my character (unarmed focused as far as combat) went to the Mega Mart at level 5ish. I saw a wastelander fighting a deathclaw. The deathclaw killed the wastelander, so I ran up (not knowing how powerful deathclaws were) and started punching it. I ended up killing it!
I don't know if it was a glitch or what. I'm pretty sure that even at half health, a deathclaw should have been able to take my character.

Reverse pickpocketing grenades on sleeping people. Way better than an alarm clock.

On the Oasis quest, I was in the second 'room' of the underground cave. I killed some Mirelurks, then found a short tunnel filled with goods. I stole them and was about to continue when I turned around and a Mirelurk King was standing directly behind me, an inch from my face!

Using my expertise at stealth to sneak into the capitol and kill EVERYTHING without even being shot at. Same thing happened when I went to Evergreen Mils. It made me feel like a special ops agent (especially at Evergreen Mills where I used my sniper rifle).

I love stealth.
